After production is complete, your order will be transferred to the shipping carrier.

International shipping: 10–15 business days, depending on the destination country

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
