All products listed on our store, including sweatshirts, are made to order through our fulfillment partners, including CANY and VINAWAY.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Product colors may vary slightly from the images displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor and device settings.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days before an order is shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, or product unavailability. A full refund will be issued for any order canceled by us.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Casmiller Print Lab LLC does not directly store complete payment card information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

The estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days after production is complete.

Casmiller Print Lab LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return, exchange, and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.

Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us within the applicable return period and follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
